Who We Are

Magdalena Jensen has been working in music for nearly 10 years, starting as a tour manager and is now the co-founder of Chimes Agency, an artist management & consulting agency supporting artist & brands in music strategy development and implementation. Magdalena is an artist manager and consultant. Currently, she is on the management team as Creative Director for Wojtek (PL/DE).
Additionally, she is the co-founder and board member of the European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA) as well as lead for the capacity building programme for Keychange 2.0.
Responsible for new business and acquisitions for The Orchard in Poland and the Baltics.
 ​Ania Kasperek is an artist manager and the co-founder of Chimes - an artist management & consulting agency supporting artist & brands in music strategy development and implementation. Currently, general manager for Hildur (IS) and Wojtek (PL/DE).
Passionate about Nordic culture, inspired by Scandinavian entrepreneurship and business scale up. Additionally, Ania is among the co-founders of the newly forming Music Managers Forum (MMF) Polska and Operations Manager at European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA).
